Text: Switching to the Enterprise funds, both operating revenue and operating expenses of the funds combined are 93% of the budgeted amount.
Right now it’s difficult to do a year-to-year comparison in that as of September 2009 we changed the accounting focus to revenues are recognized when received and expenditures are recognized when payments are made. This change was recommended by the State Auditor’s office. Under this focus 2009 will serve as the base-line year for year-to-year comparison.
